This site does one thing with your data: if you type your email into the newsletter form, it is used to send you the newsletter. That is the whole story. The details follow.

Who is responsible

What is collected, and why

• Email address. Collected only if you submit it through a subscribe form, and only to deliver the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Anonymous usage statistics. This site uses cookieless analytics (Plausible) to count visits, referring sites and which page sections people use. No cookies are set, no cross-site tracking happens, and no data is collected that could identify you personally. Nothing is shared with advertising networks.
• Nothing else. This site uses no advertising or social tracking pixels. The hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security, as virtually all hosting does.

Where it goes

Subscriptions are processed by Beehiiv (the newsletter platform) via a relay I operate on Cloudflare Workers. Beehiiv stores your email as a processor and handles delivery and unsubscribes. Neither sells your data, and neither do I.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link; that removes you from the list. You can also email me and I will delete you from it manually.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email contact@tonimedic.com. If you believe something is mishandled, you may complain to your local supervisory authority; in Croatia that is AZOP (azop.hr).
